EB Create Official USA help starts here, for anything about an order, a product or delivery.
Contact us
Hit reply on an order email from EB Create Official USA and it lands with our support team, ideally with the order number in it.
Your orders
Past orders and saved addresses sit in your EB Create Official USA account. A shipped EB Create Official USA order gets a tracking number by email, and replying to that email covers anything else about delivery.
